Hi everyone!

It started, as usual, by seeing pretty gifsets on tumblr and then I started watching on youtube as the episodes aired. And oh.my.god it has been so long since a show had me in such a chokehold.
I absolutely adored the characters, wenzhou has become my ultimate comfort ship and that episode had be bawling in my lunch break at work.
I then read the book, and found the adaptation fun and clever in its own way, although what I wouldn't give to have the hanky panky drawing scene!

I'm mostly a lurker, though I have doodled and written some.
I'm brand new to dw, so I'm still not quite sure how to go about things here, but I'll also be posting here for sure!

Your other fandoms: mdzs/cql, I'm currently also reading tgcf and svss and loving it. Some other and older fandoms: Tolkien, FMA, Merlin (bbc) but there have been so many in the past decade!

Yeah, the drama and the novel are both great each in their own way! I'd love a faithful adaptation of the book, but on the other hand I wouldn't want to miss any of the things that the drama added or changed either.

I've also heard of the audio drama but I haven't listened to it yet.

I haven't listened to the audio drama either; audio-only content isn't usually my thing. But I'm curious what it's like!

That scene in the novel is one of the most hilarious scenes; I too would love to see what a SHL take on that scene would have been!

Lurkers are just as important to fandom as creators! Though if you feel comfortable sharing your doodles/writings, we'd love to see them. <3

Oh! One thing I'm mega excited about is that I'm planning on making a dress inspired by wkx's blue/red robes!! I'll definitely post a lot about that ahah
